Meet Nakisha Easley, a dedicated nurse practitioner with an impressive educational background and a passion for delivering exceptional healthcare to her hometown community. Nakisha began her nursing journey by earning her Lynchburg General Hospital School of Nursing diploma. Building on this foundation, she furthered her education at Chamberlain University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Committed to continuous growth, Nakisha pursued a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Walden University. Nakisha holds key certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) through the American Heart Association. These certifications showcase her commitment to providing high-quality, life-saving care to her patients. In July 2023, Nakisha joined Halifax Internal Medicine as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), bringing our team a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Her journey from a registered nurse to an FNP exemplifies her dedication to advancing her skills and contributing to the overall well-being of her patients. What sets Nakisha apart is her genuine love for her job, blessed with the opportunity to contribute to the well-being of her hometown community. Her dedication is fueled by a lifelong dream of practicing as an FNP, and she brings this passion to every patient interaction.
